Nolan is a native of Boston, Massachusetts who climbed the hockey ranks to the highest levels by way of Austin Prep High School in Reading, Mass. 


He was drafted by the Toronto Maple Leafs in the 2014 NHL Entry Draft following his time in junior hockey with the South Shore Kings in the USPHL. He then went on to play four years of Division 1 college hockey at the University of Maine (Hockey East) from 2014-2018. 


Following his time at Maine, he then went on to sign a 2-year NHL Entry Level contract with the Edmonton Oilers, where he would eventually spend his first 2 pro seasons in their system. After his time with Edmonton, he then went on to play 2 seasons for the Worcester Railers in the ECHL where he served as Alternate Captain both years. 


Nolan's passion for the game of hockey runs deep as he grew up in a hockey family that nurtured his love for the game. He now looks forward to the opportunity to give back to the game that allowed him such incredible opportunities by helping cultivate the next generation of hockey players.
