• Foothills Ice Arena in Lakewood, Colorado

WHAT TO EXPECT:

• 4 hours of ice, 1 hour a day per group

• High-end guest coaching staff

Power skating, edges and stride work. Followed by stickhandling, passing, shooting & mini games
